This is my newly edited About page.

I love to write. It’s the only thing I’ve ever wanted to do, other than read. I keep writing, then going away, then writing (a little tougher to do this time around), then going away, then writing (what the hell kind of crap is leaking out of my pen here), then going away.

At this point in time, the point of my having a blog is now to force a little self disciplinary act of self will upon my frequent sojourns away from words. At this point in time, I’m not trying to get published or self published, I’m not trying to establish a following or connect with a million people on every social media site. At this point, it’s just for me, to get better and more focused, and to connect with other people whose writings and insights I respect and enjoy.
